Directions for Use: 1. Cut a piece of Sunstar GUM Ortho Floss approximately 18 inches long. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 1-2 inch section between them. 3. Use your thumbs and index fingers to guide the floss between your teeth. 4. Gently slide the firm end of the floss under the wire of your braces or between your teeth. 5. Curve the floss around each tooth in a "C" shape and gently slide it up and down along the tooth surface, reaching just below the gum line. 6. Use the spongy section of the floss to clean around brackets and under the gum line, absorbing food particles and plaque. 7. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss for each space. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after flossing.
Recommended Frequency: For optimal oral hygiene and to maintain healthy teeth and gums, use Sunstar GUM Ortho Floss at least once a day, preferably before bedtime.
Additional Tips: 1. Be gentle when flossing around braces to avoid damaging the wires. 2. If your gums bleed, continue flossing regularly as this often indicates inflammation that will improve with consistent cleaning. 3.
