Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the brush head. 2. Wet the brush head slightly. 3. Place the brush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 4. Turn on the toothbrush. 5. Gently move the brush head back and forth across each tooth surface for a few seconds, ensuring you cover all areas, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 6. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 7. After brushing for two minutes, turn off the toothbrush. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse the brush head under running water and allow it to air dry.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for two minutes each time, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening.


Additional Tips: 1. Replace the brush head every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn. 2. Do not brush too hard, as this can damage your gums and tooth enamel. 3. For optimal oral hygiene, use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between your teeth. 4. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist for personalized advice on oral hygiene practices. 5. Charge the toothbrush as needed according to the manufacturer's instructions. 6. Supervise children under the age of 8 while brushing to ensure proper usage and prevent swallowing of toothpaste or parts of the toothbrush.
