Directions for Use: 1. Wet the brush head. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 3. Place the brush head in your mouth and turn on the toothbrush. 4. Gently guide the brush head from tooth to tooth, following the shape of your teeth and gums. 5. Spend approximately two minutes brushing, ensuring you reach all surfaces of your teeth (outer, inner, and chewing surfaces). Divide your mouth into quadrants and spend 30 seconds on each quadrant. 6. The toothbrush will pulse every 30 seconds to indicate when to move to the next quadrant. 7. After brushing, rinse the brush head thoroughly with water. 8. Rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash. 9. Turn off the toothbrush and store it in a dry place.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, or as recommended by your dentist.
Additional Tips: Replace your brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed or worn. Consult your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and oral health advice. Do not apply excessive pressure while brushing; let the toothbrush do the work. Ensure the toothbrush is fully charged before use for optimal performance.
