How to Use: 1. Remove the old toothbrush head from your Oral-B power toothbrush handle by pulling it straight off. 2. Align the new Oral-B CrossAction Replacement Toothbrush Head with the toothbrush handle. 3. Push the new head firmly onto the handle until it clicks into place. 4. Wet the bristles with water. 5. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. 6. Place the toothbrush in your mouth and turn on the power toothbrush. 7. Gently guide the brush head across your teeth, spending about two minutes brushing. Divide your mouth into quadrants and spend 30 seconds on each quadrant. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 9. Rinse the toothbrush head under running water to remove any remaining toothpaste and debris. 10. Allow the brush head to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed or worn. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, morning and night, or as directed by your dentist.
