How to Use: 1. Ensure your mouth is clean and dry before application. 2. Carefully remove one Phb Fittydent Pad from its packaging.
3. Locate the adhesive side of the pad. 4. Position the pad between your upper and lower lips, ensuring it sits comfortably and covers the desired area.
5. Gently press the pad against your teeth/gums to secure it in place. 6. Close your mouth gently to ensure a proper fit.
Recommended Frequency: Use a new Phb Fittydent Pad as needed, typically for one-time use. Replace the pad if it becomes damaged or dislodged. For bruxism or teeth grinding, use nightly or as directed by your dentist.
Additional Tips: For optimal comfort and adhesion, avoid eating or drinking while wearing the pad.
If the pad feels too large, you can carefully trim it with scissors before application, ensuring not to compromise its functionality.
