Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and quickly to deliver a spray into the nostril while inhaling slightly. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to relieve nasal congestion and dryness. Can be used several times a day, as required.
Additional Tips: For adults and children over 2 years of age.
If symptoms persist after a few days of use, consult a healthcare professional.
Do not share the bottle with others to avoid spreading infection.
