Directions for Use:
1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the bottle. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and briefly to deliver a spray. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed to cleanse and decongest nasal passages. Can be used several times a day, even for prolonged periods.
Additional Tips:
For infants and young children, lay the child down on their back with their head tilted slightly to one side. Administer the spray and then gently wipe any excess solution. Repeat on the other side.
