Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 4. Press the pump firmly to deliver a spray while inhaling slightly. 5. Repeat in the other nostril. 6. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, morning and evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: For children under 6 years old, adult supervision is recommended.
