Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat the process for the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for nasal cleansing and hydration. For daily hygiene, use 1-2 sprays in each nostril, 2-3 times a day. For more intense cleansing or during periods of congestion, use as often as needed.
