Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle upright. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed up to 3-4 times per day in each nostril. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Additional Tips: For best results, use regularly as part of your daily nasal hygiene routine.
