Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Tilt your head slightly forward. 3. Insert the nozzle of the Gilbert Marimer Isotonic Sea Water spray into one nostril. 4. Recommended Frequency: For daily nasal hygiene, use Gilbert Marimer Isotonic Sea Water 1 to 4 times per day in each nostril, or as needed. For acute rhinitis (common cold), it can be used more frequently as directed by a healthcare professional.
