How to use

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Tilt your head slightly forward. 3. Carefully insert the nozzle of the Care+ Seawater with Chamomile and Aloe Vera into one nostril. 4. Press the bottle firmly to administer one or two sprays. 5. Breathe in gently while spraying. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1 to 2 sprays per nostril, once or twice a day, or as needed for nasal congestion.
Additional Tips: For adults and children over 6 years of age.
If symptoms persist after a week of use, consult a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.
