Directions for Use:
1. Diffusion: Add a few drops (5-10) to your diffuser for aromatic benefits.
2. Topical Application: Dilute Ravintsara essential oil with a carrier oil (such as sweet almond, jojoba, or coconut oil) at a 1% dilution for sensitive skin or a 5% dilution for general use. Apply to the desired area. For adults, a 5% dilution is generally safe. This translates to 5 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil.
3. Inhalation: Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for a few minutes.
Recommended Frequency:
Follow the specific directions for each method of application. For diffusion, use intermittently throughout the day as needed. For topical application, apply 2-3 times daily as needed. For inhalation, use 1-2 times daily as needed.
Additional Tips:
