How to use: 1. Wash and dry your nose thoroughly. Ensure your skin is free of makeup, lotions, or oils. 2. Remove the strip from the backing, being careful not to touch the adhesive. 3. Center the strip over the bridge of your nose, with the flexible "springs" facing downwards. 4. Press down firmly on the ends of the strip and rub gently along the edges to ensure a secure seal. 5. To remove, gently peel off the strip starting at each edge, pulling towards the center of your nose.
