Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle upright. 6. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8.
