Instructions for Use:


1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry before inserting the heel pad. 2. Remove the protective sheet from the adhesive side of the Varisan Talonera Siftal Hydrogel Heel Pad. 3. Position the heel pad inside your shoe, ensuring the cupped portion is centered at the heel area. 4. Press firmly on the pad to secure it in place. 5. Insert your foot into the shoe, ensuring the heel is properly positioned within the heel pad.


Recommended Frequency:


The Varisan Talonera Siftal Hydrogel Heel Pad can be worn daily for as long as needed to provide comfort and support. Remove the heel pads at night to allow your feet to breathe.


Additional Tips:


For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to clean the heel pads regularly with mild soap and water. Allow the pads to air dry completely before re-inserting them into your shoes.
