Position the heel pad inside the shoe, ensuring the hydrogel side is facing upwards and the pad is centered on the heel area. 4. Press firmly on the pad to secure it in place. 5. If the pad loses its adhesiveness, you can clean it with mild soap and water, let it air dry completely, and it should regain its stickiness.
