Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry. 2. Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the Medilast Gel Heel Pad. 3. Carefully position the pad inside the shoe, aligning it with the heel area where you experience the most discomfort. 4. Firmly press down on the pad to secure it in place. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the second heel pad and the other shoe.


Recommended Frequency: The Medilast Gel Heel Pads are designed for daily use. They can be worn with most types of footwear, including shoes sizes 38-40. You can continue to use the same pair of pads until they show signs of wear and tear or lose their adhesiveness.


Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene and performance, it is recommended to periodically clean the gel pads with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow the pads to air dry completely before reapplying them to your shoes.
Avoid applying the pads to damaged or irritated skin.
If you experience any discomfort or irritation while using the pads, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
