How to use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry. 2. Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of the heel pad. 3. Position the heel pad centrally within the heel area of your shoe, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down. 4. Press firmly on the pad to secure it in place. 5. Repeat the process for the other shoe.
