Gather the pantyhose from the toe to the waistband, turning the leg section inside out. 3. Carefully insert your foot into the toe section and gradually pull the pantyhose up your leg, ensuring even distribution of the fabric. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other leg. 5. Gently pull the waistband up to your waist, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. 6. Smooth out any wrinkles or twists in the fabric.


Recommended Frequency: Daily wear is recommended for optimal results. You can wear these pantyhose throughout the day, but it's advisable to remove them before going to bed to allow your legs to breathe.


Additional Tips: 1. To prolong the life of your pantyhose, avoid contact with rough surfaces and sharp objects. 2. Hand washing is recommended using a mild detergent and lukewarm water.
