1. Ensure the knee brace is right-side out. 2. Position the brace so the patellar opening aligns with your kneecap.
3. Slide the brace over your foot and up your leg, pulling it towards your knee. 4. Adjust the brace so it sits comfortably and securely, ensuring the popliteal area (back of the knee) is not overly tight.
5. Smooth out any wrinkles or folds in the fabric.
