How to use:

Gather the leg portion of the pantyhose in your hands, like a sock. 4. Carefully slide your foot into the foot section, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 5. Gradually and gently pull the pantyhose up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or twists as you go. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other leg. 7. Gently pull the pantyhose up over your hips and abdomen, ensuring a comfortable and even fit. 8. Adjust the pantyhose as needed to ensure proper coverage and a smooth, wrinkle-free appearance.

Daily wear is recommended for optimal results. You can wear these pantyhose throughout the day, but it's advisable to remove them before going to bed.
