Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure your legs are clean and dry before application. 2. Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel. 3. Place your foot inside the stocking, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 4. Gently pull the stocking up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or folds as you go. 5. Adjust the stocking so that the elastic support band sits comfortably below your knee without constricting.
6. Ensure the fabric is evenly distributed and not bunched up around the ankle or knee.


Recommended Frequency: Follow the advice of your healthcare professional regarding the duration and frequency of wear. This may vary depending on individual needs and medical conditions. Generally, compression stockings can be worn daily.


Additional Tips: 1. Apply the stockings in the morning before swelling occurs.
2. Avoid using lotions or creams before application, as this can make the stockings slippery and difficult to put on. 3. Inspect the stockings regularly for any signs of wear and tear, such as holes or runs. Replace them as needed. 4.
