Position the bandage so that it covers the affected area completely, but avoid excessive stretching. 4. Smooth out any wrinkles or folds to ensure proper compression and comfort. 5. Check for proper circulation in the area below the bandage. If you experience any numbness, tingling, or discoloration, remove the bandage and reapply it less tightly.

Recommended Frequency: Follow the advice of your healthcare professional for optimal frequency of use. Generally, the bandage can be worn throughout the day, but should be removed at night to allow the skin to breathe. Frequency may also depend on the severity of the condition being treated.
