Check the temperature frequently to ensure it is not too hot and avoid burns. 8. Never lie or sit directly on the hot water bottle.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for pain relief. Do not use for extended periods of time without breaks. Allow your skin to cool down between applications.
Additional Tips: Never fill the hot water bottle with boiling water. Use caution when filling and handling the hot water bottle to avoid burns.
