The function of this orthosis is to immobilise the finger while it is suffering from joint weakness or pain. Its use helps to improve musculoskeletal function by supporting and aligning the finger after a deformity. It is made of thermoplastic polyurethane, and features polyamide straps to adjust the splint without creating discomfort in the hand. It only adjusts the thumb, and the rest of the fingers will be able to move normally as well as the wrist. It is size L. Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hand and thumb before applying the orthosis. 2. Position the orthosis on the thumb, ensuring the thermoplastic material sits comfortably against the skin. 3. Secure the polyamide straps around the thumb and hand, adjusting the tightness for a snug but not overly tight fit. Avoid excessive pressure that may restrict circulation. 4. Check that the orthosis allows for normal movement of your other fingers and wrist. 5. If you experience any discomfort or pain, readjust the orthosis or consult a healthcare professional.


Recommended Frequency: Follow the advice of your doctor or healthcare professional regarding the frequency and duration of wear. This will depend on your individual condition and needs. Generally, the orthosis can be worn as needed for support and pain relief, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
