Instructions for Use: 1. Open the sling and lay it flat. 2. Place your affected arm through the arm pouch, ensuring your elbow is positioned comfortably near the bend of the sling. 3. Bring the strap over your opposite shoulder and adjust the length using the buckle until your forearm is supported at a comfortable 90-degree angle, with your hand slightly elevated above your elbow. 4. Secure the buckle firmly. 5. Ensure the thumb loop is positioned correctly to provide additional support and comfort. 6. Adjust the strap as needed to ensure proper support and comfort throughout the day. 7. Check regularly that the sling is not too tight, restricting circulation, or too loose, allowing your arm to move excessively.


Recommended Frequency: Follow your doctor or healthcare professional's instructions regarding how long and how often to wear the sling. This will depend on the nature and severity of your injury.
