Instructions for Use:
1. Open the wristband and lay it flat. 2. Insert your thumb through the thumb loop, ensuring the support sits comfortably on the palm of your hand. 3. Wrap the band around your wrist, overlapping the end over the fastening section. 4. Secure the fastener, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. Do not overtighten. 5. Adjust the tightness as needed to provide adequate support without restricting circulation.
Recommended Frequency:
The 3M Futuro Stabilizing Wristband can be worn as needed throughout the day. For extended wear, it is recommended to remove the wristband for 15-20 minutes every 3-4 hours to allow your wrist to rest. Listen to your body and adjust usage accordingly.
