How to Use: 1. Open the pouch just before use. 2. Locate the adhesive side of the heat wrap.
3. Peel away the paper backing from the adhesive side. 4. Apply the heat wrap directly to the skin on your lower back or hip, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
5. Press firmly to secure the wrap in place.


Recommended Frequency: Use one heat wrap per day for a maximum of 8 hours. Do not use more than one heat wrap at a time or on the same area within a 24-hour period.


Additional Tips: For maximum benefit, apply the heat wrap to clean, dry skin. Do not use with creams, lotions, or ointments. Do not tighten the wrap excessively, as this may restrict blood flow. If the wrap feels too hot, remove it immediately. Do not use while sleeping. If pain persists, consult a doctor.

Ingredients: Iron, Water, Cellulose, Activated Carbon, Vermiculite, Salts WARNINGS: Do not use ThermaCare HeatWraps for lower back and hip pain: on areas of bruised or damaged skin; with medicated lotions, creams, or ointments; on people unable to follow all use directions or remove the wrap, including children, infants, and some elderly; on people with diabetes or poor circulation (consult a doctor first); if heat cell contents leak and/or wrap is damaged; for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. If product overheats or you feel excessive heat, remove immediately. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest the contents of the heat cells. If swallowed, drink a glass of water or milk and contact a Poison Control Center immediately. In case of pregnancy, consult your doctor before use.
