Directions for Use: 1. Melt the paraffin tablets in a double boiler or a designated paraffin warmer. Do not melt paraffin directly over a flame or in a microwave. 2. Once the paraffin is completely melted and has a smooth, liquid consistency, test the temperature on the inside of your wrist to ensure it is comfortably warm, but not hot. 3. If using for hand or foot treatments, slowly dip your clean, dry hand or foot into the melted paraffin, allowing it to be fully coated. 4. Remove your hand or foot and allow the paraffin to solidify slightly. 5. Repeat the dipping process several times, building up 3-5 layers of paraffin. 6. Wrap the treated area in plastic wrap or a plastic bag, and then cover with a towel or mitt to retain heat. 7. Leave the paraffin on for 15-20 minutes. 8. Gently peel off the solidified paraffin. 9. Discard the used paraffin. Do not reuse.

Recommended Frequency: For therapeutic benefits, paraffin treatments can be used 1-2 times per week, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Additional Tips: 1. For best results, cleanse and dry the skin thoroughly before applying the paraffin. 2. Do not use paraffin wax on open wounds, broken skin, or areas with rashes or infections. 3. If you have diabetes or any circulatory problems, consult your doctor before using paraffin wax. 4. Avoid overheating the paraffin, as this can cause burns. 5. If the paraffin feels too hot, remove your hand or foot immediately and allow the wax to cool slightly before re-dipping. 6. After removing the paraffin, moisturize the treated area with a lotion or cream. 7. Store unused paraffin tablets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
