This bag assists in treatments in which it is necessary to apply cold and heat. The bag contains rubber straps that make the adjustment process more comfortable and allow a better grip on the injured area.
The product is perfect for the prevention and recovery of muscle, tendon and ligament injuries. Its cold effect is also useful for headache relief.

Instructions for Use:


1. Cold Therapy: Place the gel bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Once frozen, remove the bag and wrap it in a thin towel to prevent direct contact with the skin and avoid frostbite. 3. Apply the wrapped bag to the affected area using the provided straps for secure placement. 4. Leave the bag in place for 15-20 minutes. Do not exceed 20 minutes at a time.
5. Allow at least 20 minutes between cold applications.


1. Heat Therapy: Submerge the gel bag in hot water (not boiling) for approximately 8-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
2. Carefully remove the bag from the hot water and ensure it is not too hot to handle. Wrap it in a thin towel. 3. Apply the wrapped bag to the affected area using the provided straps. 4. Leave the bag in place for 15-20 minutes.
5. Allow the bag to cool completely before reheating.


Recommended Frequency:


The Medilast Hot Cold Gel Bag can be used several times a day as needed. Always allow a minimum of 20 minutes between applications, whether hot or cold.


Additional Tips:


1. Never apply the gel bag directly to the skin without a protective layer such as a thin towel. 2. Do not overheat or overcool the bag. Follow the instructions carefully. 3. If pain persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional. 4. Check the bag regularly for leaks or damage. Do not use if damaged. 5. Store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
