Directions for Use: 1. Apply a small amount of Madform Sport Mad Freeze Cold Gel to the affected area. 2. Gently massage the gel into the skin until fully absorbed. 3. Wash hands thoroughly after application. 4. Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin. 5. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. 6. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.


Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed, up to 3-4 times daily. For best results, apply before and after physical activity.


Additional Tips: 1. For enhanced cooling sensation, store the gel in the refrigerator. 2. Do not use with heating pads or other heat sources. 3. For external use only. 4.
