Ingredients
It is an instant cooling bag that cools itself. It is ideal for use on sprains, strains and contusions. It is very practical, as it cools itself and produces an immediate effect.

Directions for Use: 1. Locate the activation point within the pouch by feeling for the inner water pouch. 2. Firmly squeeze the activation point to break the inner water pouch. 3. Shake the cold pack vigorously for several seconds to mix the contents thoroughly. 4. Apply the cold pack to the affected area. 5. If necessary, wrap the cold pack with a thin cloth to protect the skin from excessive cold.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the cold pack for 15-20 minutes at a time. Repeat application as needed, allowing at least 2 hours between applications. Do not use the cold pack for more than 3-4 times per day. Consult a healthcare professional if pain persists.
Additional Tips: 1. Do not freeze the cold pack as this may damage the product and render it unusable. 2. For single use only. Discard after use. 3. Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds. 4. If redness, burning, or numbness occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. 5. Keep out of reach of children. 6.
