Hold the spray about 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) away from your skin and clothing.
Spray evenly onto exposed skin, such as arms, legs, and neck. Avoid spraying directly onto the face. Instead, spray onto your hands and then gently apply to the face, being careful to avoid the eyes and mouth.
For clothing, spray lightly over the fabric.
Reapply every 6-8 hours, or more frequently if sweating heavily or after swimming.
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
For children, apply the product to your own hands first and then gently rub it onto the child's skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
