1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. Connect the cuff to the Veroval blood pressure monitor (sold separately).
6. Turn on the device and follow the on-screen instructions. 7. Remain still and silent during the measurement. 8. Once the reading is complete, record your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings.
