Directions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 3. With your opposite hand, pull your ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. 4. Quickly insert the compressed earplug into your ear canal, holding it in place until it expands to fill the ear canal and create a seal. 5. Repeat for the other ear. Important: Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should sit comfortably in the outer ear canal.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction or protection from water.
