Directions for Use: 1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands. 2. Remove one earplug from the packaging. 3. Gently roll the earplug between your fingers to soften it and shape it into a small cylinder. 4. Slightly tilt your head and gently pull the outer ear upward and backward. 5. Insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, ensuring it sits comfortably and seals the opening. Do not push it too deep. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull the earplug outwards.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to block out noise or water.
