Instructions for Use:
1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before handling the ear plugs. 2. Roll a single ear plug between your clean fingers to soften and warm the silicone. 3. Flatten the warmed plug into a thin disc, ensuring it's large enough to completely cover the ear canal opening. 4. Gently pull your outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. 5. Place the flattened plug over your ear canal opening and press the edges to seal, ensuring a snug fit. 6. Do not insert the plug deep into the ear canal. It should create a seal over the opening. 7. Repeat steps 2-6 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
