Directions for Use:
1. With clean hands, roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger into a narrow, compressed cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with your opposite hand and gently pull your outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.
3. Quickly insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, holding it in place for a few seconds as it expands to create a secure seal.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed when exposed to loud noises, dirt, or debris. Discard and replace earplugs when they become soiled or lose their ability to expand properly.
Additional Tips:
Proper Fit: Ensure the earplug fully expands to seal the ear canal. If you can still hear significant external noise, the earplug may not be properly inserted or may be the wrong size.
Hygiene: Always wash your hands before inserting or removing earplugs. Do not share earplugs with others.
Removal: Gently twist and pull the earplug to remove it. Do not pull abruptly.
