Directions for Use: 1. With clean hands, roll one earplug between your fingers to compress and shape it into a small cylinder. 2. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your free hand. 3. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, ensuring it seals comfortably but not too deeply. 4. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and conform to the shape of your ear canal, creating a secure seal. 5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to block noise or protect ears from water, sand, or wind. Remove and discard after each use.
Additional Tips: For optimal noise reduction: Ensure a proper seal by gently adjusting the earplug until unwanted noise is minimized.
For water protection: After inserting, ensure the earplug completely seals the ear canal to prevent water entry.
For comfort: Do not insert the earplugs too deeply. If you experience discomfort, remove and reinsert.
Hygiene: Always use clean hands when handling earplugs. Discard after each use. Do not reuse.
