How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Roll the earplug gently between your fingers to soften and compress it into a small cylinder. 3. Pull your earlobe gently upwards and outwards with one hand. 4. With the other hand, insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, pushing it in just far enough to create a comfortable seal. Do not push it too deeply. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and fully seal the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear.
Recommended frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction or water protection.
Additional tips: For noise reduction: Ensure the earplug fully seals the ear canal for optimal noise blocking. For water protection: Make sure the earplug fits snugly and securely to prevent water from entering the ear canal. If the earplugs become dirty or lose their stickiness, wash them gently with mild soap and water and allow them to air dry completely before reuse.
