Directions for Use: 1. Gently remove one cotton swab from the box. 2. Carefully insert the cotton tip into the outer ear canal. DO NOT insert the swab deep into the ear canal. 3. Gently rotate the swab to remove excess wax or debris. 4. Discard the used swab after a single use. 5. Repeat for the other ear with a fresh swab.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for ear hygiene. Typically, a few times a week is sufficient. Over-cleaning can irritate the ear canal.
