Instructions for Use: 1. With clean hands, grasp the stem of the earplug. 2. Reach over your head with your opposite hand and gently pull your ear upward and outward. This helps straighten the ear canal. 3. Slowly insert the earplug into your ear canal, rotating slightly as you push it in until a comfortable and snug fit is achieved. The flanges should seal comfortably within the ear canal. 4. Ensure the earplug is fully inserted and the flanges are not folded or creased. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull the earplug stem outwards.
