Hold the lozenge in your hand and allow it to soften slightly with your body heat. 3. Gently rub the lozenge directly onto the affected areas, such as heels, soles, and toes, applying light pressure. 4. Continue rubbing until the lozenge has melted and been fully absorbed into the skin. 5. Massage any remaining product into the skin using circular motions.
Recommended Frequency: Apply daily, preferably at night before going to bed, or as needed for intense hydration and repair.
Additional Tips: For best results, use regularly. For extremely dry or cracked heels, you can apply a thicker layer of the product and cover your feet with cotton socks overnight. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place. For external use only.
