Instructions for Use:


1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry before inserting the insoles.
2. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes, if any.
3. Place the Varisan Anatomical Hydrogel Insoles inside your shoes, ensuring they lie flat and cover the entire sole area.
4. Align the insoles with the heel of your shoe for proper positioning.
5. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoes perfectly. Use your original insoles as a template if needed.
6. Insert your feet into your shoes and ensure a comfortable fit.


Recommended Frequency:


Daily use is recommended for optimal comfort and support. You can wear the insoles for as long as you wear your shoes.


Additional Tips:


1. For best results, replace your insoles every 6 months or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear.
2. Allow the insoles to air out regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent odor build-up.
