How to use: 1. Ensure your feet are clean and dry. 2. Remove the plantar pads from the packaging. 3. Peel off the protective backing from one side of the pad. 4. Position the sticky side of the pad directly onto the plantar area of your shoe, ensuring it is placed centrally for optimal weight distribution. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other foot.


Recommended frequency: These pads can be used as needed, especially when wearing shoes that may cause discomfort or when anticipating prolonged periods of standing or walking. Replace the pads when they show signs of wear or lose their stickiness.


Additional tips: For best results, ensure the pads are placed correctly in your shoes to provide adequate cushioning and support. Do not use these pads on broken or irritated skin. If you experience any discomfort while using the pads, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. These pads are designed for single-use and should be discarded after each wear. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
