Directions for Use: 1. Remove existing insoles from your shoes. 2. Place the Scholl In-Balance Heel & Ankle Pain Relief T/L insoles into your shoes, ensuring they lie flat and the heel cup is positioned correctly. 3. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoes precisely, following the trim lines indicated on the insole for your shoe size. 4. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around to ensure a comfortable fit. 5. If discomfort persists, remove the insoles and adjust as needed.


Recommended Frequency: Wear the Scholl In-Balance Heel & Ankle Pain Relief T/L insoles daily in your everyday footwear for optimal support and pain relief. You may gradually increase wear time as needed.


Additional Tips: For best results, wear these insoles in supportive, closed-toe shoes. Ensure your shoes are the correct size and provide adequate room for the insoles. Do not wear these insoles in shoes that are too tight or too loose. Replace your insoles every six months or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear.
