Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry. 2. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if present. 3. Place the Scholl GelActiv Everyday Insoles inside your shoes, gel-side down, ensuring they fit comfortably within the shoe. 4. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoe size using the guidelines printed on the insoles. Align the insoles with the existing insoles or the heel of the shoe as a guide. 5. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around to ensure a comfortable fit.


Recommended Frequency: For daily use. Replace the insoles every six months or sooner if signs of wear appear, such as flattening or tearing.


Additional Tips: For optimal comfort and support, ensure the insoles are correctly positioned in your shoes. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and consult a podiatrist. These insoles are designed for everyday use in a variety of footwear, including casual shoes, ankle boots, and trainers. They are not intended for high-impact sports or activities. Clean the insoles by wiping them with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow them to air dry completely before re-inserting them into your shoes. Do not immerse the insoles in water.
