Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry before inserting the insoles. 2. Remove any existing insoles from your shoes. 3. Align the Conforgel Gel Lined Insoles with the inside of your shoes, ensuring the heel and metatarsal pads are positioned correctly. 4. Insert the insoles, gel-side down, into your shoes. 5. Recommended Frequency: The Conforgel Gel Lined Insoles can be worn daily for all-day comfort and support. For optimal results and hygiene, it is recommended to air them out regularly.
