GLS : With the snow and ice understandable the parcel was delayed. Then it was left on my pillar overnight in the rain. My door wasn't too far in the driveway. Glad it was perfume and not something that could have been destroyed.

How to use
Creates a protective barrier that cools and repairs the skin, relieving pain.

Apply liberally to the affected area immediately after injury. Apply from a short distance.

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the ointment. 2. Gently cleanse the affected burn area with cool water. Do not use soap or harsh cleansers. 3. Dry the area by gently patting with a clean, soft cloth. 4. Apply a liberal amount of Cicafresh Burn Healing Ointment to the burn, covering the entire affected area. 5. Do not rub the ointment into the skin. Apply from a short distance to avoid further irritation. 6. If necessary, cover the treated area with a sterile, non-adhesive bandage.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the ointment 1-3 times daily, or as needed, until the burn is healed.
Additional Tips: 1. For serious burns, consult a medical professional immediately. 2. This product is intended for minor burns only. Do not use on deep wounds, animal bites, or serious skin infections. 3.
